This site was developed for AppServ, id est for IIS it is not known that it is necessary and how there to put. I am sure it is there necessary many modules, because IIS on the standard of PHP not supports.

Этот сайт разрабатывался для AppServ, то есть для IIS не известно что надо и как там ставить. Уверен там надо много модулей, так как IIS по стандарту PHP не поддерживает.
